Mama'S Pecan Pie(Pecans Are All The Way Through) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. margarine
2 egg yolks
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Boil sugar and water until it \"threads\" (soft ball on candy thermometer).
Pour over pecans.
Melt together the flour and margarine.
Add egg yolks.
Pour sugar and water syrup over this. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in unbaked crust at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
