Seaside Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. frozen cut green beans
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 lb. white fish fillets, cut in 2-inch pieces
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
    Add juice and remaining ingredients, except fish.
    Bring to a boil; stir to separate beans.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add fish and cook 10 minutes more or until fish is done.
    Makes about 6 cups (4 servings).
