Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/8 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    5 c. flour
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/8 cup warm water.
    Stir 1 1/2 cups warm water, brown sugar and flour in.
    Beat until smooth.
    Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
