Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. softened margarine
4 eggs (or Egg Beaters)
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (16 oz.) bag marshmallows
Preparation

Mix sugar, margarine and eggs, then blend in other ingredients except marshmallows. Grease and flour oblong pan and cook 30 minutes on 300\u00b0.
Remove and spread marshmallows on top.
Return to oven for 10 minutes or until marshmallows melt.
