Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boned or 4 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can each: cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
    plain Doritos chips
    1/2 lb. each: Longhorn and Monterey cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil.
    Add soups and chilies; add sour cream and chicken and season to taste.
    Heat for a few minutes.
    Crush Doritos slightly.
    Put layer of crushed chips on bottom of casserole, then layer of chicken mixture, then cheeses.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
