Oven Chicken And Linguine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. dry basil
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
8 chicken thighs, skin removed
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
8 oz. linguine
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in a 10 x 15-inch baking dish in a 400\u00b0 oven, then remove dish from oven.
Stir onion, garlic, basil and pepper into butter.
Place chicken in butter mixture, then turn over to coat. Bake, uncovered, until meat is no longer pink when slashed (about 45 minutes).
