Springy Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rotini pasta, cooked
    1 c. chopped fresh broccoli
    1 c. cauliflowerets
    10 cherry tomatoes, halved
    10 green or black olives, sliced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. or more Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Blanch broccoli and cauliflower in a colander by first pouring boiling water over vegetables, then ice cold water.
    Combine with all remaining ingredients, including enough salad dressing to coat mixture.
    Chill.
    Serves 10 to 12.
