7-Minute Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare double boiler for boiling.
    Prepare electric mixer for mixing.
    Prepare pan of ice water for cooling.
