Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. pork spareribs
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. ketchup
1 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place ribs on a jelly roll pan.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
Drain off any fat. In a saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour over ribs.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake uncovered for 1 hour, basting frequently.
Yield: 6 servings.
