Mincemeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 qt. cooked beef, chopped fine
3 qt. apples, chopped fine
1/2 qt. molasses
1/2 qt. vinegar
1/2 qt. coffee
1 1/2 qt. sugar
1 Tbsp. each: cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg
1/2 Tbsp. pepper and salt
1 1/2 lemons
2 c. raisins (more if you like)
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients and simmer slowly until flavor is right, probably 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
