Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small 3/4-inch New York strip steaks
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 1/2 pieces fresh ginger, peeled and grated
    1/2 garlic clove, crushed
    1/8 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Blend brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil; pour over steak.
    Marinate 3 hours; turn occasionally.
    Broil or barbecue.
