Chilli-Dilly Beans(Makes 4 Pints) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. white vinegar
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. pickling salt
    8 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
    4 heads dill or sprigs of fresh dill
    4 fresh hot peppers (such as jalapeno) or 6 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    8 c. green beans, trimmed to fit vertically into pint jars, about 4-inches long
Preparation
    Combine vinegar and water in pan (not aluminum).
    Bring to boiling; keep hot.
    In each of 4 hot jars, put 1/2 teaspoon pickling salt, 2 garlic halves, 1 dill head and 1 hot pepper or 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper flakes.
    Pack each jar with beans.
    Leave 1/2-inch headspace.
    Attach lids; process in boiling water bath 5 minutes (10 minutes if elevation is 1001 to 6000 feet).
