Green Onion Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar dried beef slices (Armour preferred)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    16 small spring onions
Preparation
    Clean off onions.
    Slice off roots, leaving onion about 6 to 7-inches long.
    Separate beef slices, spreading over each some cream cheese.
    Place onion on one side of the meat and roll up (may use a toothpick to hold).
    Keep chilled until ready to serve.
