Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. melted butter
1 1/3 c. heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. fettuccine or any flat pasta
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat the butter and cream
over
medium heat until well heated.
Slowly add 1 cup cheese until it has melted and sauce has thickened.
Toss
fettuccine
with
sauce.
Then
divide evenly between 4 to 6
plates.
Top
each
serving
with extra cheese. Season with pepper.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
