Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 sticks oleo
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    8 eggs
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and oleo.
    Add sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour and cream of tartar and add to cake.
    Add flavoring and coconut.
    Stir with a spoon.
    Cook in oven (begin in cold oven) for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
