Tagliarini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
red crushed pepper (sprinkle)
1 tsp. oregano
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
3 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn and liquid
4 oz. (1 1/2 c.) uncooked noodles
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown meat, salt, pepper, red pepper, oregano, onion, garlic and green pepper.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook, covered, for 25 minutes.
Add uncooked noodles and cook, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle top with cheeses before serving.
