Cherry Tomato Caper Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. drained small capers
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 large cherry tomatoes, halved
3 fresh basil leaves, shredded
Bibb lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation

Stir together first 5 ingredients. Drizzle over tomatoes, tossing to coat. Let stand at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour. Sprinkle with basil. Serve over lettuce.
