Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (30.3 oz.) fruit cocktail
2 eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Add fruit cocktail from can and eggs; mix well.
Pour into two 8-inch cake pans or one large pan.
Sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Mix by hand.
