Muenster Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 large cream cheese
    1 (12 oz.) can tuna
    1/2 c. pimento olives
    1 lb. cooked noodles
    8 oz. Muenster cheese
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt margarine; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook until smooth.
    Add milk.
    In white sauce, melt cream cheese (cut in cubes).
    When smooth, add tuna and olives.
    Mix in noodles.
    Put 1/3 of mixture in greased casserole.
    Top with Muenster cheese, now more tuna noodles and then cheese to layer.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
