Joel'S Spud Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
5 medium sized potatoes
1 c. bacon bits (more or less)
Pico de Gallo
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 to 2 fresh jalapenos, chopped to taste
Preparation

First find my recipe for Pico de Gallo, putting it together. Okay, now combine the salt, pepper and garlic powder in a small cup.
Set this aside for now.
