Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. baking powder
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. salt
9 c. regular flour

Preparation

Store in airtight container and use in place of commercially made biscuit mix.
