Spicy Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. yellow raisins
Preparation
    Beat egg slowly.
    Add oil, then sugar and vanilla.
    Now add zucchini and pineapple.
    In another bowl, measure flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, chopped nuts and raisins.
    Add this to wet ingredients.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour; test with toothpick.
