Tita'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 oz. cut, canned tomatoes
    3 large cans classical tomato sauce
    24 oz. water
    1/2 c. green olives
    4 Tbsp. capers with juice
    2 fresh basil leaves, chopped
    2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and cook on very low heat until thickened, about 3 to 4 hours.
    If desired, add Tita's Meatballs (above) and cook on low.
    Serves an army!
    You can freeze half of the sauce and meatballs.
