Buffalo Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 chicken wings (about 5 lb.)
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 c. vegetable oil
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. hot sauce
Preparation

Cut off small tip from wing.
Cut each wing into 2 pieces. Wash and pat dry.
Mix flour, salt and pepper in paper bag. Dredge wings a few at a time, in flour mixture.
Place oil in a heavy skillet to depth of 1-inch.
Heat to 350\u00b0 and fry wings until golden brown and crisp.
Drain well.
