Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. heated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Place sugar, milk, flour and egg yolks in double boiler.
    Cook until thick.
    Place into pie shell and cover with meringue made of 2 egg whites beaten stiff with a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla folded in.
