Broccoli Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch (1 lb.) fresh broccoli
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 cloves garlic, unpeeled and minced
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash broccoli.
    Split broccoli into separate flowerets.
    Cut pieces so they are no more than 3 inches long.
    Steam broccoli for about 10 minutes.
    Remove broccoli and put onto a heated serving dish.
    Cover.
    Meanwhile, heat olive oil with garlic, remove garlic after 3 to 4 minutes and discard.
    Pour hot oil over broccoli.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Keep hot or serve immediately.
