Pistachio Florentines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. pistachios, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, coarsely chopped
    1/3 c. glazed cherries, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
    In a pan, gently heat butter and syrup until melted.
    Stir in flour, nuts, cherries and lemon juice.
