Country Pan Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 can tomatoes
    1 onion
    3 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded cabbage or 2 c. sliced yellow squash
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in bottom of iron skillet or baking dish.
    Slice potatoes over margarine; lightly salt and pepper.
    Spread cabbage or squash over potatoes; lightly salt and pepper.
    Slice onion over cabbage or squash.
    Mix canned tomatoes and hamburger; lightly salt and pepper.
    Cover with onion slices (entire top).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until brown.
    Serve with corn muffins.
