Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 sweet onion, chopped
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1 c. creamed corn
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. or more dill
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Saute onion in margarine.
Combine corn muffin mix, egg, corn, Tabasco and milk.
Combine sour cream, dill, 1/2 Cheddar cheese and onions.
