Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag of fresh cranberries
1 orange
grated rind of orange
2 c. sugar
2 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Cook cranberries in 2 cups of boiling water for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add orange (that has been cut into pieces and the membrane removed), the orange rind, sugar and Jello. Let cool and add the nuts, pineapple and celery. Pour into oblong dish and refrigerate.
