Sesame Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh broccoli
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Preparation

Cook broccoli in small amount of boiling salted water, about 15 minutes or just until tender, but still crisp; drain.
In a small pan, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame seeds.
Heat to boiling.
Pour over hot broccoli, turning to coat. Serve hot.
Yields 4 to 5 servings.
