Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated carrot
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together first three ingredients.
In a separate bowl, sift together next five ingredients, then add to carrot mixture. Add four eggs one at a time.
Pour into 2 greased cake pans and bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
