Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can chopped sauerkraut, drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can pimento, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar (less may be used)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients, except sugar, then sprinkle the sugar over top.
    Cover container and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Mix well and serve.
    Keep refrigerated.
