Uglee Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans chopped green chilies
    2 bunches green onions
    2 small cans chopped black olives
    3 tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil (just enough to cover ingredients)
    3 Tbsp. vinegar, or more or less, depending upon tartness/spiciness desired
    garlic salt to taste (I like lots!)
Preparation
    Mix together and serve with tortilla chips.
