Potato Latkes(Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, grated
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 rounded Tbsp. flour
    1 small onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Heat butter in frying pan.
    Combine all other ingredients in a bowl.
    Drop the mixture into frying pan by the tablespoon.
    Fry until brown on both sides.
    Keep hot until all are fried.
    Serve with sour cream and applesauce.
    Serves 8.
