Baked Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3 green onions with tops
    1 tsp. salt
    3 lightly beaten egg yolks
Preparation
    Cap the tops of the tomatoes.
    Spoon out the pulp.
    Leave shell 1/2 inch thick; drain.
