Dandelion Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. blossoms
    3 qt. boiling water
    3 lb. sugar
    2 lemons, sliced thin
    1 orange, sliced thin
    1/2 yeast cake
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over blossoms.
    Let stand overnight.
    Drain in the morning.
    Add sugar, lemons and orange.
    Add yeast cake. Let stand for 10 days, then bottle.
