Zucchini Pocket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 small zucchini, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed fennel seed
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine ingredients and toss lightly to mix.
Wrap and seal in a foil pocket and grill.
