Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Fry bell pepper, celery and onion in butter.
    Add tomato sauce, water, garlic salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Add bay leaf to sauce.
    Cook slowly 40 to 45 minutes on low heat.
    Last 20 to 25 minutes, drop in shrimp.
    Serve with rice.
