No Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (12 oz.) bag butterscotch chips
    1 can condensed milk
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Mix milk and chips; put on low heat. Stir until melted, then add nuts.
    Spread in pan.
