Egg Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg yolks
1/4 c. water
2 c. flour
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Put egg yolks and water in bowl.
Mix together.
Add flour. May require more flour until dough is not sticky.
Roll out thin and let dry, then cut into strips.
Cook in chicken broth about 5 minutes.
