Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork, cubed
    1/4 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    sprinkle of basil
    1/8 c. soy sauce
    1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 c. cider vinegar
    sprinkle of minced garlic
Preparation
    Remove fat from pork before cooking.
    Place in sealable container with the meat tenderizer, salt, pepper, basil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar and minced garlic. Seal container and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
