Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. applesauce
2 eggs (or egg substitutes)
1/2 c. apple juice
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular baking pan or 2 (8 or 9-inch) round layer pans.
