Jade Tree Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
    2 c. fresh broccoli florets
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion
    1 green bell pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms
    soy sauce
    cooking oil
    cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, garlic powder, sugar and red pepper.
    Add chicken and marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator.
    In wok or electric frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil on medium heat.
    Cook all vegetables until tender-crisp and remove from pan.
    Add chicken and marinade to same pan and cook until chicken is opaque.
    Return vegetables to pan.
    Mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, lemon juice and water.
    Pour over vegetables and chicken and simmer until sauce thickens.
    Serve over rice or pasta.
