Ms. V'S White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans white beans
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 lb. ground turkey
Preparation
    Cook turkey and onions until done.
    Add spices.
    Add broth, beans and chilies.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Serve topped with grated Monterey Jack cheese.
    Serves about 6 people.
