Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat thoroughly.
    Fill cups 1/3 full.
    Top with 1 heaping teaspoonful of the filling mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Needs no frosting, and they taste great.
