Easy Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1 3/4 to 2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Cook butter and sugar over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add milk and continue to cook until it comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool and add confectioners sugar.
    Makes a lot of icing.
