Holiday Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1 c. steamed carrots, 1-inch sticks
    2 c. steamed green peas
    1/2 c. steamed red peppers
    1/2 c. steamed yellow peppers
    1 c. sliced black olives
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. onions, sliced in rings
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic.
    Do not overcook.
    Mix in all other ingredients.
    Toss and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Serve as a side dish.
