Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oleo, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 12 cup tube pan.
    Beat sugar, oleo, vanilla and eggs in 3-quart bowl on low speed for 30 seconds.
    Beat on high speed for 5 minutes.
    Beat in flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk on low speed.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 70 to 80 minutes.
    Cool 20 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
