Ingredients

3/4 c. oats
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk and oil.
Add all at once to dry ingredients and mix.
You can make these right away or let the mixture sit overnight in the refrigerator.
